in the member area in top area will be shown like image below, member area menu are shown there and click on the "Provide Help" menu and go to the page



and also make sure you already have sufficient fund to provide help and consider estimate network fee + 0.001 from your package value, if you have not added fund into your internal wallet and here is tutorial how to deposit fund into your internal wallet Tutorial Deposit Fund

if you already have sufficent fund then look at image below in provide help page



from the image above you can see there is 2 type of provide help / package of provide help and for example you provide help in helper package then in helper package tab you can input your transaction password and click enter to start provide help



input your transaction password then click button "Enter" to provide help and wait for pop up loading window untill it finish then when provide help complete you will see page automatically refresh and will be shown as image below



in the image above you may see detail about your active package total of your get help and total of re-provide help and it indacate that you have provided help.
